Aligned is a 3-month transformational group coaching journey designed to help women reconnect to their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, clear energetic blocks and return to a life that feels grounded, empowered and deeply aligned. It blends somatic healing, nervous system education, spiritual reconnection and energetic embodiment.
The next round of Aligned begins on Monday 1 September 2025. It runs for 12 weeks, with one live session each week and fortnightly healing sessions. You will have lifetime access to the course and the group calls.
No problem at all! Every session is recorded and uploaded within 24 hours. You can watch at your own pace and still participate fully in the transformation.

Yes. This program is built on trauma-informed principles and is designed to be gentle, accessible and supportive of nervous system safety. All practices are invitational and you will always be encouraged to move at your own pace.
Absolutely. This program was created with overwhelmed, heart-led women in mind including mothers. The sessions are once a week, with recordings available if you can’t attend live. Most practices can be done in under 15 minutes a day and everything is designed to integrate into your real life.
Not at all. While Aligned includes spiritual components like intuition, energy work, and soul-based practices, everything is grounded, practical, and accessible. You’re welcome no matter where you are on your journey.

Aligned is created and facilitated by Lee Duncan, a certified somatic and transformational coach with training in nervous system regulation, embodiment, energy healing, and trauma-informed practices. With years of experience supporting women through deep personal transformation, I bring a grounded, compassionate and holistic approach to healing that honours both science and soul. I am also a Registered Physiotherapist and have over a decade of experience working within that scope.
Yes! The core of Aligned is grounded in somatic psychology, nervous system science (polyvagal theory), trauma-informed coaching, and energetic principles that have been supported by both ancient wisdom and modern neurobiology. You’ll learn why your patterns exist and how to shift them safely from the inside out.
This is the first intake of the Aligned Program. Previously, Lee has worked 1:1 with clients with the same holistic approach. Past clients have reported feeling calmer, more emotionally resilient, clearer in their boundaries, and more connected to their bodies and intuition. Many share that this approach is what truly helped them shift patterns at the root level. The transformation is both subtle and profound and continues unfolding well beyond the 3 months.
